A Japanese rice bowl dish, in which meat, fish, egg, vegetables, etc. are served on top of white rice.
One of the two varieties of cinnamon, cassia has a dark, reddish brown color and has a stronger flavor.

Also called the Chinese gooseberry, this egg-sized fruit has a brown skin covered in fine hair. The flesh is green in color and dotted with tiny black seeds, and has an unique, sweet and tart flavor.
